1 Bunch Kale
2 TBS Olive Oil
OR - Garlic Sea Salt, Yeast Flakes, Cheese, Salt & Pepper, Garlic & Parmesan, Taco Seasoning, Maple Syrup & Cayenne, Salt & Vinegar: use a spray bottle and mist the kale with vinegar
1. Preheat oven to 325°
2. Shred Kale into nearly equal sized pieces
3. Put shredded Kale into a medium sized bowl, drizzle with Olive Oil and use your hands to “massage” the oil over the Kale.
4. Sprinkle with your seasonings of choice. I used Garlic Sea Salt with a touch of Paprika.
5. Bake 10 minutes, use a spatula or large utensil to flip around and bake another 2-5 minutes.
